The fault could cause issues with the instrument panel cluster, according to the recall notice.
Peugeot has recalled 451 examples of its 2024-2025 Peugeot Partner and Expert vehicles, citing a potential fault with the Instrument Panel Cluster (IPC).
The affected vehicles are stamped 2024 to 2025 models, but may have been sold at a later date.
The recall notice, lodged with the Department of Infrastructure, says: "Due to a software issue, the Instrument Panel Cluster (IPC) may fail to illuminate the visual vehicle speed, lane keep assist and Advanced Emergency Brake System (AEB deactivation warning)."
"A loss of safety system warnings whilst driving, could increase the risk of an accident causing injury or death to vehicle occupants and other road users."
A full list of vehicle identification numbers for the 451 vehicles involved in the recall can be found here.
Peugeot advises that owners of affected vehicles will be contacted by Peugeot requesting them to schedule an appointment with their local dealership to have the work carried out, free of charge.
