After remaining unchanged since its introduction in June 2024, Hyundai has served the Santa Fe Hybrid range with a price rise.
The price of all four hybrid variants of the Hyundai Santa Fe will rise by $1500 as the brand adjusts the recommended retail price of the range from June 2024.
The Santa Fe Hybrid range has, until now, held the pricing it debuted with 12 months ago, and Hyundai has since added cheaper non-hybrid variants to the range from December 2025.
No changes have been made to the pricing of the 2.5-litre turbo petrol models, but the full range of hybrid variants is affected by the price change.
The entry-level Santa Fe Hybrid 2WD climbs from $55,500 to a new starting price of $57,000 before on-road costs. The entry-level Santa Fe Hybrid AWD goes from $58,500 previously, to $60,000.
The mid-spec Santa Fe Elite AWD now starts from $66,500, and the top-spec Calligraphy AWD model is priced from $76,500.
For reference, the petrol-powered Santa Fe is available from $53,000.
The Santa Fe pricing change brings the large seven-seat SUV into line with other Hyundai models, with a $4000 step up in price between the petrol and hybrid range for each equivalent variant.
Hyundai has the same $4000 step between petrol and hybrid versions of the i30, and the same $4000 gap between 1.6-litre turbo versions of the Tucson and an their hybrid equivalents.
The latest changes make the Santa Fe range position the $57,000 Santa Fe Hybrid 2WD and $60,000 Santa Fe Hybrid AWD face off against the cheapest $62,410 Toyota Kluger GX AWD.
The related Kia Sorento Hybrid is available in top-spec GT-Line guise only, with 2WD from $70,330 or AWD from $73,330 before on road costs, compared to the equivalent $76,500 Santa Fe calligraphy AWD.
